HDPE Butt-Welding Repairs

A client bought their HDPE Butt-Welding machine that was not working.

We completed the following repairs:

-Replaced Motor (0.75KW 1 Phase Electric Motor)

-Replaced electrical lead from power bank to the electrical supply with heavy-duty cable and plug

-Replaced worn hydraulic pipes from the base unit to control panel

-Service Power Pack (Strip-Clean, Clean Tank, Reseal Cartridge Valve, Pre-charge Accumulator and replace relief valve)

-Drain and replace hydraulic oil

After we completed the repairs the machine was working and looking as good as new.
